By using this website, purchasing services, or participating in training programs offered by All Wright Ranch, you agree to the following terms:

All services, training, and horse sales are provided on an "as-is" basis unless otherwise stated in writing.
Horse behavior can be unpredictable. Participation in any equine activity involves inherent risks, and clients assume all responsibility for those risks. Under Idaho Law, an equine activity sponsor or professional shall not be liable for any injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities. Code of Idaho 6-1801.
Payment is due as agreed upon at the time of booking or purchase.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
All horse sales are final. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own inspections and evaluations prior to purchase.
Training results may vary based on the horse, rider, and circumstances. No guarantees are made regarding future performance or behavior.
All Wright Ranch reserves the right to refuse service or terminate training arrangements at its discretion.
Website content, photos, videos, and logos are the property of All Wright Ranch and may not be reproduced without permission.

Return, Refund, and Sales Policy

All horse sales are final and sold AS-IS unless otherwise stated in writing. Buyer acknowledges they have had the opportunity to inspect the horse and/or obtain a veterinary examination prior to purchase.

Training fees, lesson fees, deposits, and service fees are non-refundable once services have begun.

Deposits made to hold a horse, reserve training spots, or book services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All Wright Ranch does not guarantee future performance, temperament, soundness, suitability, or compatibility once a horse leaves our care, as horses are living animals and behavior may change due to environment, handling, health, and rider experience.

Any approved refunds or credits are at the sole discretion of All Wright Ranch.
